Ne jamais oublier que l'on peut rajouter sur une pizza : des restes de poulet, de dinde,de porc,de saucisses, de lardons, de petits pois, de poireaux, d'asperges, de salsifis, etc....

Lorsque l'on rajoute un oeuf sur une pizza, le mettre en fin de cuisson pour éviter qu'il ne durcisse.

De même, il vaut mieux mettre la crème fraîche en fin de cuisson pour éviter qu'elle ne tourne !
